All goods supplied by The Original Cast Iron Fireplace carry a full one-year guarantee starting from the date indicated on your receipt. Please keep your receipt as this is your proof of purchase.

Cast Iron Inserts carry a 25-year guarantee against any faults arising during this period. This does not include the fire grate area when being used to burn solid fuel; this section will need to be renewed intermittently during this period.

The Original Cast Iron Fireplace offer a no questions asked full money back guarantee or exchange on all standard size products shown in our retail price list. All goods must be received, checked
and rejected prior to installation to qualify.

This does not apply to orders deemed as one off specials or bespoke designs, these items will be indicated by the terms ‘special’, ‘custom’, ‘customised’ or ‘to template’ on your receipt or order confirmation.

Custom items can be exchanged or a full refund given if they are deemed to be faulty.

Guarantee After installation

All goods should be checked and excepted as satisfactory before commencement of installation.
Goods must be viewed and rejected before installation to qualify for a full no questions asked refund or exchange.

Goods that are deemed to be faulty after installation will be repaired on site to an exact standard or replaced. Where the goods have been installed by ‘The Original Cast Iron Fireplace’, the act of removal or re-installation of the said item will be arranged or carried out by The Original Cast Iron Fireplace.

When goods are deemed to be faulty and have been installed by persons instructed independently from ‘The Original Cast Iron Fireplace’, no responsibility will be taken for the costs of removal or re-installation, all faulty goods will be repaired to an exact standard or replaced once returned to ‘The Original Cast Iron Fireplace’.
